I was wondering if anyone could help me figure this out - when you are writing a time outside of quotes (like 9:30) would you write it out nine-thirty or 9:30? Inside of quotes, I though you should never have numbers but write it out nine-thirty. Any info on writing numbers inside of quotes is greatly appreciated!
