I looked through a few pages and couldn't find anything on this?
I see the label for each individual entry under that entry. WHAT I WOULD LIKE is to have an area down the side where the links and previous posts are listed that point to labels.

okies this is a firefox/IE problem
the nav tabs are fine in IE but they are in the wrong spot in firefox. any advice on how to fix this?

A Mystery
Here's a weird thing I've found in my Site Meter perusals. There are some folk that visit now and again from this link.
If you go there it's a google images of my home page. But at the top of the google search page there's this link
The google search page says "Below is the image in its original context on the page: dawnonowyouseeit.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_arch..."
but that picture isn't in my blog, at least on the page that shows up...I'm not sure if I used it somewhere else on the blog, but I don't think so. ETA: I linked to the picture in one of the posts. But I didn't use the image. Weird anyway.
Anyone know what's happening there? I get fairly regular visitors that come clicking in from that link.
I love the image, btw...It would totally freak my son out- he's got this long running joke about the ninja and/or commie squirrels being after him

How do I make an embedded video return to the introductory frame?

I embedded a YouTube video in today's blog on my post. Easy enough. The only problem is that when the video is over, instead of returning to the first frame, the box holding the frame becomes black and shows a filmstrip at the bottom from which the viewer can select a different video.
This is not how I've seen videos work on other sites; I want the video to return to the first frame upon completion. How do I do that?

Uh, except how to make a blog that a. is attractive and b. loads quickly. Whoa! Er, and how to make "Subscribe" fit into one column. And how to make his tabs all look the same. Yeah, he's got problems with his text not fitting into a column and not wrapping around, so it just disappears. And with all the text that huge, it's difficult to read. It's no better in IE than it is in FireFox.
Nope, he's got crap design, so whatever you do, don't trust him on that - he doesn't have a clue. The text is so huge that I haven't actually read anything, so I have no idea how he stacks up there.

In the css for the website on my own domain I have key words and descriptions in the meta data but on Blogger there's these:

So do I just add my meta data, take out the Smart Tags and leave the other one or take them both out and only use my meta data?
You leave in the tags; they turn smart tags off, which you want. Unless you're Microsoft . . .

It's not in the CSS, mind, it's in the Head declaration, like this:

You should fill in your own content for the keywords, and the description; just add the lines.

I'm lost as to where / how to embed ad code. Do I need a specific plug-in or am I just overlooking something? I'm thinking of adding content links. Maybe AdSense. I'd also like a way to add buttons/affiliates.

You don't need a plugin for Amazon or Adsense.
Depending on where you want the ad to appear--usually that's in the Footer, or Sidebar--you would log on to your Word Press Dashboard, click Presentation, click Theme Editor, then click the correct theme to copy and paste the javascript from the provider of the ad.
I suspec you'll want the Footer or the Sidebar.
NOTE: Copy the current theme to a local .txt file, first, just in case things go horribly horribly wrong.

Actually Firefox works, it see Blog Chain 9 as the last post, the Mac reader also recognizes it, Opera too. But Feedburner, Google Reader and other RSS readers don't get another post after the Nanowrimo one.
Anyone an idea how to solve this?
