Wow! I never heard of it. But that's one thing about this (sometimes) maddening game. You learn things.GROWNSTEL THANE

Sure, I'll do that - 20 out of 20 will have heard of it here, you betcha!
It's that little bump sticking out of Minnesota, the only part of the lower 48 that crosses the 49th parallel.

HIPZONE RASCL
(Remembered for his crime)
(Arrested for the crime 90 years ago, but when others do the same today, his name comes up.)
(A crime similar to this guy's nefarious activity is named after a geometric shape.)

OREL NEPTKT, a scramble which has just been added to the Nymtoc Top 100 Lowdown Scramble List, soon to be published by Time Magazine. Though it does tie in well with archerjoe's last one: Ms. Neptkt was last seen in The Northwest Angle asking 20 random people if they had ever heard of PERT KELTON; they all said no. One rather gutsy- and prescient- Northwest Angler asked who the heck Marion was in Nym's second clue. The questioner was beaten bloody and now spends days as a KELP KNOTTER at the well-known Northwest Angle branch of Belleview Hospital's Center For Those Who Have Scrambled With Nym. The assault of the questioner seems rather unfair, since Marion Cunningham had a "Mother Kelp."
