I'm buried in homework. I give up for now. *faceplant*

I think I'm gonna shower and go to bed. I am exhausted.

Afternoon team. All your homework talk is making me glad that I don't start university until the 27th. :tongue

The more I work on my YA project, the more overwhelmed I feel. I could spend a year just world-building (wartime, airships, armies of dragons, aerial bombardments, barrage balloons, sympathetic magic, feudalism, sky pirates ...) and only scratch the surface. I have no freaking idea what I'm doing. Send help.

Morning all!

Maddy - I repped you!

Para - We all believe in you! You will do brilliantly. :D

I was supposed to start homework 25 minutes ago as I write this line, but I got caught up in applying to Columbia College Chicago. Specifically, the letter of recommendation I want my creative writing professor to fill out since I'm going to take Fiction Writing as my major at Columbia.

I'll start HW in 30 minutes... Maybe I'll be able to focus by then.

I'm pretty good. :) Aside from these miserable plot snarls. :tongue

*ushers cool air mass towards Ithaca* 20 degree weather (70F ish?) is beautiful. And it means I get to wear JEANS! Which means I don't have to shave my legs today. :D

70 degrees is great! 60s, too. That's my favorite weather. I can walk around in a t-shirt and not die of heat! :D

Isn't it hilariously awesome? :D

So gross and hot out. Ew. :(

Yes and yes. :D It was disgusting yesterday. 88 degrees and humid as heck. And then it started raining and it really cooled off quick. It's been pouring rain all day today. Which SUCKS because I was planning on going to the football game tonight, but I'm definitely not if it's still raining.

Yes! That's my favorite weather too. For that reason. :D I love wearing jeans but anything hotter than that I have to wear shorts. I hope it stops raining and doesn't get hot and humid again tonight so I can wear them to the football game.

Ooo that sounds nice. I went outside and it's actually kind of cold here. Still humid, but it's not in the upper eighties anymore.

My mom watching Doctor Who without me is very distracting. I keep hearing the TARDIS sound and have to remind myself that it's coming from her computer.

Induction. Such a waste of a day, lol.

I have to go to my Uni induction. It better not be a waste of a day.
