YA Agent Help

Hello, (hope this is the right place to post.)

Does anyone know some YA agents who prefer light sci-fi?

I have been searching the forums and sites like querytracker, but there's just hundreds and hundreds of agents, and I was wondering if any of you knew of ya agents who lean towards this sub-genre in particular.

Thanks very much for your help.

Pretty much any agent that likes YA will like sci-fi, since it's such a hot up-and-coming genre.

What Becca C. said. Right now, pretty much any YA agent wants sci-fi.

Off the top of my head? I can't remember Kirsten Hubbard and Phoebe North's agent's name. But I think she takes soft sci-fi.

But shady lane makes good point. Agent Query will tell you all you need to know. And check the acknowledgements of some YA sci-fi books. Authors usually mention their agents. And if you mention that in your query, it shows you did your research instead of randomly querying away.
