And I'm happy to say, I've got most of the housework done (except for the bathroom, but I'm leaving that for hubby as payback...even though he said he'd clean up the scorched peach mush under the stove burner, guess what I spent 45 minutes scouring?)

hmmmm, good things this week....Well today is another fresh Spring day! I plan to go on a nice meandering walk and then write in a cafe and not judge what I write! And later tonight I am going to a Roller Derby double game. Hasn't happened yet, but will be a very good thing.
Oh, a Roller Derby sounds like so much fun!
Okay, I have a new best thing. My mom just texted me to say that they bought water skis. I am so excited. I haven't water skied since I was a teen. (I hope I don't suck now!)

I love Roller Derby. It's really one of the few sports I enjoy watching. Playing would be a very bad idea for me, but I can still enjoy the festivities with all the fans. So much fun.

I'm super excited--going to be off to the cottage soon. It's my favorite place in the world and I can't wait to get there. I have a special writing rock where I get the best reception, so hopefully I'll be able to squeeze in lots of writing time in the next week. If my parents have their Internet stick, I'm sure I'll pop in from time to time, but if they don't, I hope everyone has a great week. Don't burn the pub down while I'm gone

My publisher is putting me on their author spotlight, which is pretty cool. I think. And my novel is now on their coming soon page, which was way cool to see. I know, I'm getting a little gushy, but this is my first novel so I hope you'll allow me a little gush. Just wait until I can actually hold a printed copy of my novel in my hands. I'll be so gushy somebody will have to mop me up off the floor.

I am so excited! Something finally clicked and the writers block/drought I've been having in the last couple of weeks with the WIP seems to be over!!!
I think I stop and start occasionally with them because I do a lot of plotting as I go. But yay! Back on track.
