Morning y'all.

We're supposed to get snow today, our first snow storm of the season. I even got to work early to make sure I got a good parking spot to closer to the building. So, if I took someone's "regular" spot today, screw them. Ha.

I park where I want, beyotches.

I don't ski either. I wish my kids didn't. But my wife thinks it's good for them.

I just don't get it.

You basically strap 2 pieces of thin wood to your feet, then launch yourself down a slippery mountain, trying to avoid crashing into objects like trees & rocks, hoping you don't make a wrong turn and go off a cliff or stumble and start to roll yourself into one of those huge snowballs.

Where's the fun part?

Supposed to get lots of snow today. Roads were pretty crappy on the way to work. Makes me want a new vehicle

Yeah, no kidding. Makes me wish I had a vehicle with four-wheel-drive.

Is it snowing by you guys already Brian? It's still dry here but we're located in Northern/Central Lake County.

It is cold. We had a front come down from Canada.

It's even overcast. I haven't seen clouds in a month. :tongue

I am in sweatpants - it's cold.

Where the heck do you live PD?

It's not too cold here. Snow wasn't horrible.

I'm not complaining. Last year, this area felt like the planet Hoth!

Thought we'd need those Imperial Walkers to get anywhere.

This year's been pretty mild.

I'm in California, and it's 49 right now, high of 75 today. I'm originally from Missouri though, and I definitely miss the snow.

I have too seen snow. I was 4 when we had the last big one, and it actually stuck to the ground.

Ooh, and in second grade too.

ETA = sheet. The maintenance man is coming early to fix the washing machine. Which means I will vanish for a while - an then I have to pay him

The thing is 12 yrs old. Service called was $80 dollars. But it was only $15 dollars for the part, and 20 minutes to fix it. A nut broke under the machine.

Yay.

ALL DONE - doing laundry.
