I'm not, in general, a Packers fan. But Dad is, and so in lieu of anyone else to root for, I'd like to them win.

Though a repeat of that last Giants/Patriots Super Bowl wouldn't be a bad thing, as far as I am concerned.

Score should be 37-6 as far as I'm concerned.

Someone should really review those plays with the refs and they should get fined if they can't explain how or why they screwed them up. The 1st one was even challenged by the Giants, so they looked at it real close and I don't know how they could possible defend it.

But the Giants are still kicking ass, 37-20. less that 2 minutes left and we just intercepted, so I won't start sending a letter.

I missed the one you were most recently ranting about, but while I agree on the first one, as the guys in the booth pointed out the refs only have 60 seconds to review. So if they don't get to the same angle the broadcasters see in that 60 seconds, they don't make the call.

That's the best I got for that.

And now... now I don't know who to root for next week, other than the Patriots.

They called a personal foul on the Giants which was nothing of the sort and it gave the Packers a 1st down when it would have been 4th. 4Th & long if I remember. And the booth people said it was a bad call again.

2 really bad calls that favor the same team at critical moments in the game and each resulted in points that would not have been there if they hadn't happened?

Smells to me.

I think it's probably more a result of the combination of the pressure of the game (which does affect the officials, even though everyone tries to pretend it doesn't) and the constraints they operate under. Along with just general human error.

If it was something more, there's a lot more the officials could have done to sway the game in GB's favor.

My book that's going to be published as an e-book? My publisher has a queue. Which is a list of books that they are working on. Who the editor is dealing with right now. Who still is waiting for their cover to be approved. Some towards the top have release dates set.

I'm waiting for the editor to get it, and then we see how long until they think it's good enough for release.
