Congrats, Faeriedancer. Drabblecast is a cool market.
My braggage today is pretty nebulous, but thrilling for me. Years ago I ceased work on a trilogy of strange SF novellas I was very proud of but didn't know what to do with. I gave up to focus on pieces with market potential. Last week, on a whim, I told one of my publishers about them in an email so bizarre that I must have been subconsciously trying to scare her off. But she was intrigued, and agreed to read them when they're done! Of course, now I'm terrified to start working on them again. But it's good fear.

A good day for me. First, I got a rewrite request on a story from a solid semi-pro market. Second, I got to listen to my story read by someone else, for the first time.
Smoke & Mirrors produced one of my earliest stories, "In Service of a Greater Cause" in their weekly show released this Friday: http://alexshvartsman.com/2012/04/28...smoke-mirrors/

Go, Alex! Must be a cool experience to hear your story read by someone else.
Heading over to your story now.

Congrats all on the goodness going on here! Podcasts and novellas and sales, oh my! I've been stuck on the treadmill of family obligations lately, but I've been peeking in here and silently applauding.
My own little bit of news is that I made my third pro sale a few weeks back, and just filled out my SFWA membership.

I don't know when it will be out.
They said next month or the following month. And as that was sent on the 30th April I suppose they either mean May or June. Other than that, I don't know. Lol. I'll try not to miss it this time, like I did last time.

Congrats Lillie, Alex, and SmallThing!
I'll have to head on over and give your story a listen, Alex. Was it weird at all, hearing someone read it out loud? ETA: Hah, I just clicked on your link and got the answer to my question. The internet is wise...

My story "Twenty-Seven Rules for Coping" is now up as part of Goldfish Grimm's new issue.
