Well, I got almost 3K written today. I don't know if I'm going to write more. I may try to. You know, just to see how far I can get. It's really starting to get toward the end.

Good job on getting started with the second novella, Silver-Midnight. I don't know if I would have the energy to start on two books during NaNo. I have trouble enough focusing on this one as is!

I'm at 43k. Since I have an exam tomorrow (noooo) and one on tuesday, I fear I won't be able to write a lot before tuesday. Meh. But I WILL finish this book by the end of June, for God's sake.

@enternalised: It's a lot harder, a way lot harder. If I get this thing completed, it's by luck. Trust me. Haha. Right now, I'm just glad I got one done. I didn't think I'd get that far honestly. I just hope this means I can start writing more novellas and eventually novels. Haha.

Good luck on your tests!! I hope you do well. And don't worry, you'll get there. You'll finish.

I'm up to almost 12,000

Coughs, maybe I can crawl up to 50,000?

I'm having a break now though, been writing all morning. Hoping I might get some more written later. I want to try and get up to 15,000 today. It was 20,000 but I don't think I'll make that, at least 15,000 is achievable

Well, I reached my goal of 2K again today I think. I just have to keep going and hopefully I'll get there.

I'm starting to wonder if the idea I'm doing is going to be more than 25K but I'll have to see I guess.

All in all, I had fun doing June Camp. I think I found out more about myself as a writer, which is a good thing. I think/hope it helped.

If anything, I'm just kind of worried. The piece I'm working on is UF and the first story I finished was more of a Suspense/Thriller/Romantic Suspense thing. The Suspense story was the first novella I finished, and I'm worried I can write other stuff(and finish it). I know its a silly thing to worry about it, but that thought of "Will I finish this?" kept coming up while I was working on my second novella.

Day 2 of brother's visit is coming to a close, and I've got not much done.

I did put a deposit down on a guitar and amp that I've been drooling over for 3 years, so that's great. But no real work got done.

Another two day stumble/break.

I'm 10K behind again tonight. But unexpectedly I ended up with a 3-day "weekend" this week (Tues-Wed-Thurs--gotta love retail), so I think I'll have this in hand if I can keep my mind in the game.

What I didn't like about my old retail job was that before and after Christmas, I never had more than 1 day off in a row. Give me back my weekend!

Day 3 of brother's visit. Not really doing anything today, so I'm coming online a bit more.

Brother goes home this afternoon... Like, he's leaving here about 4.30pm, and it's currently 1.17pm.

So I expect I'll start studying around 5pm. Exam in 2 days!

Grr. I think this is another one of those stumble days for me. I didn't really even write today. Ugh. I was so excited about this idea and I still am. However, actually sitting down at the keys is what's just like

. Only a few more days left. I have like 20K to do in that time. Yeah, I don't think I'm going to finish.

Still haven't caught up from my 3-4 days off from writing, but I'm quickly catching up. I need to write about 3k today to be back on track. I'm at a loss as to where my novel is going, as it's deviated from the outline, so I'm just going to write it linearly until it decides to tell me what it's doing (though I think it's going in a good direction).

Currently at 36,921 words and I need to hit 40k today. So close!

Well, I got about 900 words today. Not good. I think this idea that I'm doing is going to be a lot more than a novella. It's a pretty big idea if that makes sense. So, I don't think I could practically squeeze it in 25K. So, I think this might actually be 50K or more. *faints*

So, I think I might make this thing the rest of June Camp project and maybe my NanoWrimo. And as much as I hate to do this, I think I might reduce my daily word count goal some, especially since I just finish doing about 2k or more on a slight regular basis. I don't know. It's just something to think about, especially since college starts back for me in August.

I've been working on a project completely unrelated to writing the past few days, and fell behind. So I've lost all chance at an orderly draft and am going to focus on getting it done

Had the toughest exam of my life yesterday. Four and a half hours of filling in "open" questions (which basically means, one question, three blank pages to fill in) in a room with way too many people, and it was always way too hot.

But, it's done, and I hope it went well. Meanwhile, I'm not making any progress whatsoever on my WIP.

I'm still behind

Been getting distracted by setting up my website, why oh why did I start that in July

I got a lot done on it today though and no one is around tomorrow so I'm hoping to get in a full days writing

On other news. I don't think I got that job

They said I'd here back by the end of the weekend and it's Sunday so..... Looks like I'm still un employed, Sigh.....

Got about 120 pages of a textbook to read, then some more cramming, then some more...

I give myself 3.5 hours to read those 120 pages, then about an hour to come up with a list of things I have trouble remembering, and write them down. Then it's a matter of going over and over what I've got down.

Finished my book today (well, first draft). 59,704 words. So happy and relieved to have it done... if only I didn't plan it to be a trilogy

Yeah, I didn't write today.

I know I should've but I was more focused on finish reading this book I had. I think my writing ethic/work ethic is depleting for now at least.

Well, I've read about 40 pages. Another 25, then I'll move on to the next stage of studying...

There's a 75 page chapter I want to read, but it's the lowest priority right now... I might only get through 1/2 or 1/3 of that one.
