Multiple accounts and Amazon
I suppose this question goes back more to the great ''three pseudonyms only'' debate on Amazon. Basically, an author can publish under more than three pseudonyms on Amazon, but they are restricted as to how many names they can manage under their author central. It's been explained that if an author wishes to manage more, they must ask Amazon to first delete their access to one of the three names they currently have control over before they can create a fourth.
However, I've noticed multiple people on other boards claim that the way they prefer to get around this is to instead create multiple accounts so they'll always have access to the author central. My question is: isn't this against Amazon's TOS? I haven't seen any posters using this method reprimanded as of yet, but I'm certain you're not allowed to have multiple seller accounts. On that note- people who have published here, do you have a separate Amazon account for purchasing, or can you just use your kindle account? ETA: You definitely can not have two selling accounts. However, the jury still is out on whether you can have both a seller and a separate buying account, as it seems no one can agree on an answer.
