editing for authors ad

A publisher or agency using Google ads to solicit your novel probably isn't anyone you want to write for.

Huh. I did the opposite. I was cynical in my 20s and have mellowed with (some) age. I'm 46 now.

I'm wondering if the age thing is really a question for different motivations to write? No matter if I get published again or not, I write. I need to. I love doing it. Some people write because that's what they do. Some people write because that's their career, rather than a lifestyle, if that makes sense. So, the age thing may depend on the motivation.
