If I had my druthers it would be something from Concha y Toro's Casillero del Diablo selection. But alas, I am sitting here with a glass of cheap box cabernet (it's cheap, which is imperative right now, and the box keeps it from spoiling). I really wish I had some chevre and strawberries.
