Hey everyone,
I'm a new member and endeavoring screenwriter. I've queried dozens of Agents already, when I happened upon something called Publisher's Podium online. They're a website that allows you to submit your work (which if you're querying already better be registered and/or copyrighted), but I can't find anything about them anywhere. On the internet. Which is big, really big. So, I can't tell if they're legitimate.
For example, they request your completed screenplay, logline, and synopsis--but you can only submit one file. Scripts and their treatments don't share the same document, ever, so it seems strange that you're unable to give them what they want if you submit.
So if anyone has heard anything about this opportunity, which appears fair enough but a tad on the shady side, I'd appreciate hearing some feedback on their end. Hopefully Absolute Write's good ol' water cooler has some answers for me.
Thanks everyone, and best of luck to your hard work!
