Things I Hate About April...

I concur. Summer is the best season. When I was growing up in Tennessee, April was still too chilly and rainy to really do any outdoor things. Sometimes it would storm and that would be fun, but otherwise it was just drizzly, gross rain.

April in Nevada has been interesting. It gets hot now, but the weather still can't seem to decide what season it wants to be so we'll fluctuate between 80's and 50's* temperatures.


*I'm a reptile. Anything less than 75 degrees is freezing to me.

Things to hate about April:
The constant fluctuation in temperature. I live in Missouri so our weather has a tendency to be a little bipolar. This April has been really bad. We went from 70 to 30 in a day. Lately it hasn't been too horrible, but I'm not convinced temps won't dip again.

Names:
I too had an annoying maiden name (I shared it with a national retail chain). While I don't *love* my married name, at least I don't get all the stupid jokes anymore.
