Hey all! Been a while...

Finally heard back from Brooks Sherman regarding the Enigma Files. It was a polite 'No', but he said he'd very much like to see what else I can do, as he thought my writing was up there, he just didn't mesh with the plot. So, I'm gonna continue work on Sweetopia and see how that grabs him.

All in all, not a total failure

Dave

Authors warn me writing children's books is a lot of work - signings, school events, literary festivals, a blog, etc. I always reply "I WANT THAT!"

I don't claim to be a professional (yet). I just try and help others when and where I can.

Awesome, Dave! I wouldn't call that a failure at all. You've got his attention on a personal level, now. Good luck with Sweetopia!

That's really pretty great news, Dave. Maybe the next one will be just the ticket.

Very cute, Ruth.
