Oddly enough, they modified their site on July 15, 2012 7:35:15 PM.
I note, for the curious, that the template for their site came from Intuit Sitebuilder from Homestead, and that they are still using that template's metadata, including a declaration of "Engineers and Contractor" as Description metadata, and Keywords that include "Civil engineers, construction, engineers, engineering, construction surveyors, land surveyors, global positioning surveyors, land surveyors commercial, landscape architects."
When I looked at the plagiarized page ripped from Tor this morning they had even preserved internal Tor links and javascript.
Nice guys, really. Way to be all professional and stuff.
Also: Get a dictionary. The Firefly & Wisp site was not created by someone with a close, intimate relationship with standard English orthography, never mind the vagaries of grammar, syntax and usage.
In general, I'd suggest staying away from publishers that are demonstrably ethically confused, and don't seem to have an intimate relationship with literacy, books, or readers.
