I just got an email from an agent saying she only works on an exclusive basis and, if nobody else is reading my doc she would like to take a look. Trouble is, I do have one other agent reading it. That said, the other agent has had it for a while and I'm thinking she's not interested, but I haven't heard.
Where do I go with this? Assume the one that has it now isn't interested? Write to the one who wants the exclusive and explain? Other?
