Is no news bad news when it comes to the query letter?

I just realized I haven't heard anything back from one of the agents I queried in April, but it looks like she/they usually respond to all queries, and that they do so pretty quickly. I read up here: http://absolutewrite.com/forums/showthread.php?t=119346

The email went through - on my side anyway. Seems odd. They've got nothing apart from the query letter, so I doubt they're in a heated debate about whether or not to look at my first 3 or something. :)

Thoughts would be warmly welcomed...

You'd be surprised how often things go astray.

Query again. Don't mention the first missing query.
If you don't hear back in 30 days, query again.

I keep a list of things that can go wrong on query email submissions at Query Letter Diagnostics on my blog.

While it's for me, some of the items may apply more widely.

Here's the link

Many thanks for the advice, J. Reid! And thanks in particular for advising me not to mention the previous query. I probably would have done that. Fingers crossed for round two!
