Need info on Polish SF publishers

Hi guys,

Have any of you worked with Polish publishers who accept science fiction? A friend of mine wants to submit a manuscript to them (transalted into Polish, naturally) but he has no idea where to start. He's done his bit of research and ended up with a large list of Polish SF publishers but he's not sure where to go from there. Any insider tips, please? Could you please give him some advice on which publishers or editors are the best bet, how best to approach them, what should or shouldn't be said or done, etc.
