What is more fun than working on your WIP?

Mystery Manor (game I play on Kindle Fire). Watching cycling races. Words With Friends. The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Wait, I haven't caught up on The Voice yet, have I?

Some days cleaning the toilet

Other days? Nothing. I live for those days.

Today? Reading, playing on the internet, buying shoes, puttering around the kitchen... All more fun than my WIP, which has hit a temporary lull. (I wrote like a fiend every day for more than a week leading up to this, so I was due for a slowdown... I tend to write in fits and spurts.)

RPing is more fun, plus so is listening to music in bed.

More fun than working on my WIP? Working on a new story! Or reading a good book. Working on my WIP is pretty darn satisfying though.

I've been known to clean the entire house when I can't be bothered writing but want to be productive.

Fortunately, I'm usually reasonably excited about my WIPs. Once I've made up my mind to write, I write - usually. A couple of days ago, however, I wound up writing one sentence (which I later deleted) then giving up and playing a video game.

Knitting, crocheting, cross stitching, walking my dog, running, working out, cleaning, watching TV... the list goes on. Hoping I can focus properly in April.

I forget, because I haven't started my next wip. Although, playing the Pokemon tcg is very enticing.

Calling up a friend and reading aloud what I have so far - backwards. So they can detect any unconscious hints of devil worship in my prose. I call during twilight hours, because the friend is half-asleep and therefore at the height of his and/or her creativity.

I read that post backwards, and now I'm the archduke of the fifth level of hell. Halp!

(And yes, posting on AW is more fun than working on a WIP.)

Playing and making games. D: Drawing. Browsing the internet. Sightseeing.

Today? Sleeping would be a lot more fun.

Heck, honestly I wish I had the energy to write but I am getting over a kidney infection and am still fatigued.
