My debut sff novel had only been out a couple of weeks but has garnered some amazing reviews:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Abendaus-Heir-Inheritance-Trilogy-Book-ebook
I was very nervous about the book as it is a little different for the sff field, so am delighted. That I now have my own author's forum - https://www.sffchronicles.com/forum/jo-zebedee/ - is an indication of how much support I've had.
I also had a guest invite to my first panel - http://titancon.com. As the other guests include Joe Abercrombie, Sarah Pinborough and Pat Cadigan I'm utterly floored and excited.
And, lastly, it hit the bookshelves today. Northern Ireland only for now but the chain, Easons, have been amazingly supportive and by the end of next week it will be in 6 branches with an event planned for the Derry branch in June and a Comiccon event in May with them.
As a debut novel from a small, new-ish, publisher I'm utterly delighted. I didn't expect any of this, especially not when the book isn't even out a month.
