Here is some info about two drugs Comboguard and Trifexis which have almost identical ingredients and the same parent company

Thanks for posting this. I've been giving my dog Trifexis but will definitely be reconsidering now.

Scary stuff.

My dog took Trifexis for a while, but when we moved farther out into a more rurally situated suburb, the vet suggested we switch her to a combination of Heartgard and Nexgard because of ticks.

I don't think she had any bad reactions, but I'm glad she's not on it anymore.
