Okay, so I love this site... It's just what I need for support!

I'm Em, a writer part time journalist and a full time aspiring novelist. I'm working on two projects right now - a YA mystery and a Fannie Flagg-ish (but not exactly) type book. The YA is almost done, but my novel is just heating up.

I look forward to talking to all of you!

Hi Em! I remember Fannie Flagg, oh but that was some time ago I suspect. Welcome and I hope to read more about your work in the near future. Try visiting the other forums and become comfortable with the genre you write and then take a few minutes to introduce yourself again.

I am sure many people will be excited to hear about your works!

:welcome:

Yep, support-wise, this joint's the jockstrap of writing. Welcome and good luck with your WIP's.

Hi Em,

Welcome to AW.

And good luck with your "Fannie Flagg style"--even I like most of the stuff she's written.

Um, please explain Fannie Flagg?????
Just look up her books on Amazon. She wrote Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistlestop Cafe, among others. There was a movie made of it a few years ago.
