Greetings All,

I have been getting great feedback from erotic romance publishers about my novella entitled Filling the Void which is book one of The Blood Lovers Chronicles. In particular, Liquid Silver's Terri Schaefer directed me to this forum to find an erotica publisher for my book. She loved my story, but found it too dark and more erotic than what they normally publish for their readers.

Does anyone know which publishing house might be better suited for my work? It's a dark vampire erotica novella of approximately 19,000 words and I would be overjoyed to figure out who is best to send it to. Thanks in advance for all the help from everyone.

Cheers,

MH

I will take a look at Excessica, thanks, wordsmithy!

Veinglory--It's more erotica/horror with inklings of a love story. Does that help? Why do you ask?

Because erotic romance and erotica with romantic elements is pretty different in terms of the publishers. Romance is much easier to place. WRE means you start looking more at the horror fantasy end of things which is less thriving.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who posted on here or wrote me privately! I got my book contracted and I'm sure it was because of all the great suggestions on AW threads like this!

Cheers,

That's great news, not only for you (hurray!) but to give the rest of us hope.

And it's lovely that you thought to give thanks to those who helped, too.

Maryn, impressed

I learned a long time ago that it's the interactions around us (a collective energy, if you will) that seem to propel us forward. Anyone who takes sole credit on their happenings is charging up a line of debt they won't be able to handle once Karma comes a knockin'.

Cheers,

~MH~
