Those who have a blog that's mainly about their life (as opposed to a writing blog), do you ever feel too exposed, for lack of a better word? If so, what do you do to get around that?

I worry about that sometimes, but not enough to stop writing. I never use any of my family members' actual names, which I think helps. And I don't give any specifics concerning cities or addresses or anything like that.
