YAY TAS!!!!

(And belated YAY for Ink, as I just realised I forgot to say it.)

I... I... may have the tiniest kind-of rat rool... thing? Maybe? Hmmm.

(It's not agent related. There will never be anything tiny or maybe-related about that.)

oooh, rep please VF!

Guys, I need food ideas. Saturdays are family nights in our house, and I always try and do junk food type stuff, like pizza or calzones, or Mexican, but I'm all out of ideas. If anyone has some good ideas they can throw my way I'd be grateful.

My kids like baked potatoes filled with ham and cheese and whatever else they want to put on them like cherry tomatoes. They like being able to control the amount of ingredients.

Can I have rep vfury?

Rep please, Fury and Tas!

Fire, hearing about what you cook always makes me hungry. I repped you, but what about cheeseburgers and hotdogs and potato chips? Or beans and franks? Or fried chicken, or spicy chicken wings?

*Phoenix, who is making mac and cheese for dinner tonight...

Vfury- rep please!

Fire- One of my fav junk food things is taking a baked potato that has already been baked, hollow it out somewhat and fill it with a mild white cheese and some cheddar, then top with ham cubes and bake them in the oven until the cheese melts.

Rep, please, vfury!

Fire,, I have a recipe for bacon-wrapped mini meatloaves. (from the Kraft website) Pretty much bacon cheeseburgers without the bun.

The recipe calls for mexican-spiced cheese and stove top stuffing--I never use either. I just use shredded cheddar and bread crumbs.

They're pretty yummy and quite easy.

Thanks for all your suggestions!
As it happens, we had breakfast for dinner tonight. I'm thinking that I'll drive over to the next village and pick up some kebabs. I'm also going to get on the American food website and order some kr@ft mac and cheese because I miss it.

Wahey, VFury!!!!

The gaseous pit of stupidity
I am officially declaring Rat Rool. I'll rep for anyone who wants to know, but not saying anything publicly yet. ;) ((Also, why is publicly not spelled publically?))

Ok, I think I have all reps sent to this point. *nodnod*

Hello I should get a rep by default due to proximity. I mean we do work down the street from each other and you think that place's "security measures" could keep me out of there to pop your toenails off?

I... I... may have the tiniest kind-of rat rool... thing? Maybe? Hmmm.

Rep please.

Today was a much better day in general. Yesterday was bad. bad bad bad all around. I was just a mess all day yesterday. My therapy appointment got bumped up to today so I went.... I was dreading going because the worker that talked to me that set up all the appointments wouldn't listen to me... It... actually went really well. The lady commented on 1 how intelligent I was. 2 how I knew what I was talking about and was obviously trying. 3 that I am obviously very self aware and 4 that I was probably chemically imbalanced and should be on medication for a short while so that I can use the skills and knowledge I have to get this corrected.... So she's going to try really really hard to get my doctor's appointment moved up. I have another appointment with her on the 12th.

my happy is that
i plan on wearing my damsel corset
(and a pirate skirt she made me!)
if i can find them and my custom made felt
pirate hat to local con next week--where i'll
be on a panel with blondie! /bootay shake!
How fun does that sound!!!

I is happy because I just typed the last sentence of my behemoth first draft of THE RED L1LY CROWN. :e2thud:
Yay, congratulations!!

This week has just been PACKED with good news for purgie land, hasn't it?!

Do you think it's contagious? Can I stand next to one of you guys? :D
This! And rep me, Tas, so I can properly congratulate you! (And it should be spelled publically!)

Caleb, I'm glad your appointment went well!

I found out today that I did not get a dissertation writing fellowship that I didn't think I would get. Boo, but I was expecting this. I have two more applications out and I want both of those so much.

I'm thinking about getting a kitten, if the right kitten comes along. We still have the two cats, but both of them are more my girlfriend's cats. They like her better than me and she likes them more than I do. (Both of them are terribly needy. I like cats who couldn't care less if I pay them any attention.) I just don't want to feel like I'm trying to replace Tony.
