POETRY REVIEW CONTEST - RESULTS

The results are in. My profound thanks to the entrants and the voters; you're a small, but illustrious and beloved, group. Never mind the numbers; your contributions and enthusiasm made this contest very much a success.

Here are the winners:

First place:
William Haskins, #3: "A Liquid Mirror"

Second place:
lacygnette, #4: "Three Poems / Three Criteria"

Third place, TIE:
Kylabelle, #6: "comments on 'Posthumous'"
Magdalen, #8: "The Last Day of War"

I'll award the prizes in order; William gets first choice, then lacygnette. If Kylabelle and Magdalen choose the same one from the remaining two, I'll flip a coin or something.

Congrats to all winners (sniff, sniff). I did vote # 3 the winner. Great show everyone. Should do this again next year, or sooner. Lot of fun and gained some needed experience as well. On to the poem contest.
