I saw this from Elena Woodacre (@Monarchyconf on Twitter).

It's a database of most of the people serving in most capacities in the British Royal Court from the Restoration to the beginning of Queen Victoria's Reign (1837). There's a description of their duties, their salaries, who was in which role when and an index of names.

It's HEAVY on the .pdf files but really useful if you're writing about the British Court. Thanks Ms. Woodacre!

Currently doing a course in Stuart Courts, so very interesting. I would obviously like a similar version for the pre-Restoration court as well, but it would probably be difficult as the organisation changed so much from one monarch to another and was much less fixed and structured than after 1660.
