Everyone participating in NaNoWriMo this year is familiar with the battlecry of "turn off your inner editor!" But, sometimes that's tough to do, and one of the reasons is because you might find that the words on the page seemingly pale in comparison to the vision in your head.
I just got to post 246 today. Since I only started in June, that's quite a lot more than I thought I would have at this point. Thankfully, I have so much material I've written in my life, I can always go back and find old stuff to post.
I just put up a post about the blog going in a (hopefully good & exciting) new direction!
Since I've started to move more into the dark side, i.e. the editing side, of publishing, I have decided to switch perspectives and write the blog from an editors, not a writers, point of view.
