Can anyone recommend a good cover artist?

I need to publish a book on smash swords for a university assignment. I've never self-published before. I'm going to leave the book up for sale after it has been graded so I will need a good cover. Can anyone recommend a good artist? I don't really want to do it myself because I think I will do a terrible job and I want it to look professional. I'm not being graded on the cover and I am not required to do a special one. It could be just a line of text if I wanted. I'm only being graded on the book itself and the ebook formatting. I want a nice cover so I can be proud of how it looks
