Think she was asking what a Francophone is, but misread/misspelled it.

Oh, Francophone? I was thinking that, but I was very confused.

Lisa- it takes place in Montreal, where French is a mandatory class in every school until university. Sophie is francophone, as is Samantha (well, sort of, she has a Francophone father and learned both languages at the same time) but everyone educated in Montreal speaks French, at least while they're in school.

Oh.

I apologise. I suck at spelling, and sometimes it can take a while to learn a word off by heart.

Oh, okay.

It's exactly the same as the word Anglophone, except Franc-. If that helps.

ETA: Hey, Para, did you see the names?

Franc-o-phone

Yes, that will help.

I wish I could use my wand upstairs (Luna's!) to summon everything I need to do the prep for Underdogs (minus the worldbuilding and character profiles). I WANT TO START.

Ok, I have a few pink cards and a bunch of yellow and green ones, but I need white as well as colours.

Now I should be doing psychology work, but I'm going to come up with an actual PLOT for my Sherlock novel.

I don't think I have last names for Matthew (I sort of hate calling him Matt, don't know why) and Carla...

XD

No, but what I meant was are they any character names you see a PROBLEM with (i.e. Lisa found them complicated, CIW thought Veronica Mars comparisons, etc).

It was originally called Elementary, actually, but that's gone out the window, so :tongue

She's free to use Veronica/Veronika, as long as she accepts that comparisons to Veronica Mars will inevitably be made. :p

ETA: I'm liking the sounds of it though, Tally. Keep me posted. :D

I'm looking at British actors that have been in films/programmes I love, to use as models/ideal actors (maybe I'll make mock book trailer!)

I HAVE SOLUTIONS THOUGH.

Marie-Sophie - Sophie
Nikoleta - Nikki
Veronika - Véro (Sophie), Ron (Danielle), Vivi (Nikki). She hates Vivi (which is why Nikki uses it), she doesn't care about Ron (Danielle's known her forever and her parents call her Ron), and she kind of likes Véro.

That's a lot of nicknames for one person! Readers might get confused. And just curious, why all the K's? I've personally never seen veronica spelled with a K. and although i know Nicole, and Nicoletta can be spelled with K's I've only seen a few people with that.
