Just a note: I've (belatedly, whoops) added Shelley's sale to the AW W1S1 Hall of Fame.

Everybody, please let me know if you or anyone else is missing from the HoF. :)

DSF just accepted my flash "Ten Speeds at the End of the World", which is a W1S1 story. I read DSF every day and love their stories, I'm pretty excited! :)

Congratulations, you guys! :hooray:

Well. June has started out nicely.

Got word this morning that Apology has been accepted by Every Day Fiction. Not certain exactly when it will be published, but still a reason to celebrate.

:)

Congrats, Aggy! I didn't come across that one in slush, but I did see the acceptance go through this morning. Didn't put the two and two together that it was you, though :D

Congrats Aggy! :hooray:

I thought I saw your name on the June TOC. According to the list, it'll be June 3. Not a long wait then. :)

So it is. I'd thought, when the email said "next month" they meant July. :)

I've already been roundly congratulated for these when they were accepted, but I wanted to point out that two pieces went up today.

The new issue of Niteblade went up today with my poem "Propaganda" in it. In fact, the issue is named for it with awesome matching cover art, so I'm blown over. I love Niteblade, so this is quite a thrill.

And the new issue of Luna Station Quarterly went up today, too. My story "Rumpelstiltskin's Lament" is in there. There's a lot of stuff there, all speculative, all from women, so I'm pleased it found such a nice home.

Nice way to start June.
