I just got the first season of The Walking Dead. Trying to figure out what all the fuss is about.

I think I'd rather just be plain old dead if it comes to that.

The first season of Walking Dead was pretty awesome. The second one bogged down a bit. The third one - I can't get past David Morrissey's lazy Elvis impersonation.

It's not just TV. It's educational TV. It prepares us for the coming zombie apocalypse. It will come.

Not as long as our caffeine supplies hold out.

At least, my coffee is the only thing that keeps me from turning into a zombie.

That awkward moment when you realize you have no plans for where you are going in life yet you know exactly what you are going to do in a zombie apocalypse.

Yeah, been there. Done that.

Macallister Stone put this on Facebook. My response?

From Warm Bodies. "But the look in her eyes instantly cooled my eruption." Aw damn. Not good news for me.

The nearest book to me is the guidebook to Assassin's Creed III. Page 35 is about "Movement and Navigation", so I guess I'm back to the basics. ;)

Housemate just did it 'cause I was laughing at this.

From Four Feet and Rising by Shorty Rossi (star of Animal Planet's Pit Boss)

"Not ever."

Seriously. I checked.

"Not ever."

We're rolling over here.

The last volume of Grolier's Encyclopedia 'Wor-Zyg' [1997 edition] and Phyllis Whitney's "The Golden Unicorn" are equidistant to me on the book case.

Grolier's Encyclopedia : (continued from page 34) to the 4 aircraft carriers, including 2 heavy cruisers.

The Golden Unicorn: "Then I was lucky."

*Personally - I smirked just at the title THE GOLDEN UNICORN, but that is just me and my twisted humor.

Called the vet [more trouble with dog]. Going in sometime this coming week to discuss dog's quality of life from this point on... oh goody. I remember what that means. :(

You're dog has dementia? What are the symptoms for that? My wifes Grandmother had it and it was horrible, but I doubt you have to deal with a dog complaining about freezing cows and singing poodles.

beginning signs of dementia - because she sometimes runs in circles or stares at the wall and is confused. sighs

May just be going in for consultation though.

From the looks of things [on closer examination], dog is not having massive bladder failure -- a trash bag was leaking a large puddle all over the floor.

dog must have laid in it.

I tell you, this week/2weeks has been hell. :( I want a vacation from strange and inexplainable crap.

*feels very confused and like and idiot*

That's the advantage of being me. I am an idiot, so I never feel out of sorts when the world reminds me of it.

Sorry your going through all that. Hop it gets better for both of you.
