My mind ceases to care in the haze of summer school days.

In the haze of summer school days, I miss the seesaw of your voice.

I miss the seesaw of your voice, the gentle way you’d come and go.

The gentle way you’d come and go, the night would blink but your scent would linger.

'blink | but' creates a 3rd verse part, i.e. C verse. So I'll use that as my A verse rather than your B verse ('the night would blink')

Butt, your scent would linger through the alcoholic haze.

Through the alcoholic haze,| every saturday night | I see you.

The inversion causes another caesura, and ultimately a 3rd section. Without the inversion/anastrophe we have 2 sections still, this is because the line is already inverted:

Through the alcoholic haze,| I see you every saturday night.

I see you every saturday night for as long as I hope.

The sun will surely shine, the moon will likely glow.

Mirrored in a still pond, your face reflects the shame.

Discolored digits reveal the blue bandit, pink lips reveal wet sighs.

As morning finds you here, red wine knows exactly what I've done.

Yet should talk more, her frozen lips match her heart.
