Hi, hello!
I am currently working on a young adult romantic fiction. It isn't finished, but I would really love some helpful feedback on what I have so far! I would also be happy to beta read anyone else's work with any genre! Here's a brief summary to give you some insight on what my novel is about:

Acting is in Maria Stallone's blood.
As the daughter of a famous actor, she has been in the acting business since the day she was born, beginning with kids commercials and now starring in full-length movies.
Heath Bryant was once part of a very famous band, who broke up after 5 years of touring together. He went into acting and modeling when his singing career ended abruptly, and he even got featured as the sexiest man of the year for a renowned magazine.
Maria Stallone and Heath Bryant both find themselves starring as one of the most erotic couples in an upcoming movie, a couple based on a book known as 50 Shades of Grey, and
according to the director, they are absolutely fabulous together.
Behind the camera, Maria and Harry have magnetic charisma. They are perfect.
But in real life, it's a completely different story.​

Hi Sreeves. I'm interested in taking you up on your offer of a beta swap. I just finished my first novel. On Track with Icing is an 83K-word sports-themed contemporary romance. I still haven't quite perfected the art of writing a catchy synopsis, but here's my plot line:

Jacqui is a beautiful 29-year-old bakery owner and cake decorator who still hasn't healed from the betrayal of her ex-husband after the death of their child, or the way he forced her to divorce him.

Nick is a hot shot 35-year-old NASCAR driver who is on the verge of winning his third Sprint Cup title. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father has remarried six times. One of his steps hit on him while he was still in high school, which was enough to turn him off to the illusion of love.

They meet when he goes into her bakery to order a cake for his friend's bachelor party. And flirt over her porn cake collection. Jacqui is very self-conscious of her plus-sized, damaged body, and still can't quite believe that it isn't a cruel joke when Nick asks her out thanks to her ex-husband's verbal and emotional onslaughts.

When she realizes that Nick is genuinely serious about dating her, she accepts his invitation to join him in Miami for Championship Weekend, where they're embroiled in a media firestorm.

Can she overcome the strong feelings of inadequacy her abusive ex drilled into her and find a way to love her NASCAR driver? Or will she risk losing the man who has made her feel deeply and strongly for the first time since her divorce?

On Track with Icing is the first in a series of three novels all based on the same characters, though I wouldn't call it a trilogy. Each story could be stand-alone, or read in order. Please let me know if you'd be interested in swapping chapters.

My wife is writing a book that's about a couple of fictional actors. It's about 15k
words so far. I can ask if she would be interested in a beta read swap! She will ask for a NDA though would that be okay?
