Not sure where to post this so please move if incorrect thread.
I disputed some royalties with Createspace on one of my self-published books. I knew of three copies that had been ordered on a specific date through the amazon UK site and they were not showing on my dashboard.
I received a reply today saying that because the sales were through the European market they had now been tracked, but I would need to give them the product ID to trace any other sales that might not have been registered.
This is worrying. As I am in the UK and I have thirteen books I assumed all sales through all amazon sites would be credited. I noticed earlier in the year that four books I had ordered myself through amazon UK did not appear on the royalties statement (it's cheaper to buy from amazon than from Createspace and pay the extortionate postage).
Anyone else from UK or Europe experienced similar problems?
