*isigh* I should probably come here first when I have a problem, because I've searched for an answer with no luck. My question is about punctuation in this piece of dialogue:
"To you, sex is like eating and peeing, a basic necessity of existence. You want the freedom to f*ck others, but you don’t want me to say anything. So instead of asking ‘How was your day?’ I should ask, ‘How was your f*ck?’ and be happy about it."
My question concerns this part: So instead of asking ‘How was your day?’ I should ask, ‘How was your f*ck?’ and be happy about it. Is the punctuation correct? *sighs again with frustration*
