Hi, everyone!
I've been lurking for some time (and probably will revert to lurk-mode) but today I decided to actually join.
My usual writing focus is fantasy, although I visit other genres from time to time. I've never tried to get anything published.
But I've played along at home watching my friends & loved ones pile up the rejection letters!
Historically this has been me when someone suggested I *ahem* finish something and see if I can get an agent/publisher:
There is some rumor that my husband has persuaded me to finish a manuscript and an artist friend has bribed me by promising to do the cover... but those are rumors. I have plenty else to do. Because when you have a degree in English and all your college buddies were English majors, everyone has a novel "they're working on", even 15 years later.
I'm a web developer & computer person by trade.
