Hey, absolutists! I've been lurking about for a little bit but I thought I'd throw my hat in the ring of the broader AW experience and get involved.
So, I'm Reuben. I'm a Seattle-area writer and I've basically been in my own little bubble of RPG/video game fic & shenanigans for the better part of a decade, with the occasional foray into nerd-blogging at Dorkadia and writing about baseball in various places. That changed this fall when I went to Viable Paradise, which gave me the tools and confidence to try and launch an actual writing career. (It also gave me a three-day hangover, but that part was my fault).
I'm working on a "grimdark" fantasy novel (Glen Cook, Joe Abercrombie, that kinda thing) and whenever I need a break from that I will theoretically be blogging about, uh, whatever at the link in my sig. Mostly I just want to always be spitting out words of some value, somewhere. I'm really looking forward to getting to know more folks in this community and take advantage of the vast wealth of writing resources held in our collective, delicious brains.
