Looks like she's kept good company under her creditials. Not an expert though maybe someone will come along soon and help. Also look up some of the books they had published!

I'm reading great creds/sales, and tons of foreign rights sales. the houses she's sold to are large and familiar. Looks okay to me.

Has anybody heard anything from Ms. Lee lately? On Query Tracker and Lit Match, she's got a stack of queries, but no recorded replies.

For what it's worth, I queried in December '08 and never got a response. Does no reply mean no with her? Might just try again...

Queried another book to them in Jan '09- no response either.

Certainly sounds like silence = r! Has she sold anything this year?

I queried them in January of 2007, with two e-mail followups in October of 2007 and February 2009. I never heard back, so I guess that was it.

I just sent a query. Their website seemed a bit rudimentary, and there are no dates to indicate how current the info is. There is a list of sales, some to Simon & Schuster and McGraw-Hill, and what I am assuming are small presses as well. Several anthologies, children's, and YA books. Her foreign sales list is easily triple the length of the domestic, but of course the list might not be exhaustive. No dates on any of these.

Does anyone know if Whitney Lee is still actively selling and accepting new clients? The website tells me nothing really.

I looked this up today because she represents an author (Sue Ann Jaffarian) who writes in my genre. The Publishers Marketplace page (from post #6) for her hasn't been updated in a long time, I think. It says recent sales are for:

How often do these PM pages get updated? Not useful if so out of date.
