Are there any good websites out there geared towards marketing and publicity?

Most of the ones I've found seem to have too many red flags...

It would help if you'd specify what sort of sites you're looking for.

Do you want a site where your book could be reviewed? Or are you asking which social networks are the most effective? Or are you trying to find a good publicist?
