I'm writing a 90,000 word novel about a guy who continues to relive his after his murder as long as he commits a selfless act. Its told in three sections where he lives a life of corporate espionage, a life of jealousy, greed and murder; and a life as a drug smuggler. Aside from the reliving part... there isn't much sci-fi to it. How would this be classified?

I'd guess either fantasy/horror, although depending on the tone you might slide into magical realism? It sounds like Thomas M. Disch's modern mild-supernatural novels.

Sounds like thriller to me, but it depends on the world-building. Is your book set in present day Earth with no sci-fi/paranormal aspects? If yes, then thriller. If no, then you're either paranormal or sci-fi.
