What is a full?

I'm wondering what a "full" is, as in "2 fulls in 12 queries". I've tried the AW dictionary and Cathy C's dictionary but no luck. All help appreciated, TIA!

A "full" is a request for the full manuscript. In your example, it means that two agents out of 12 queried ask to see the novel.
