Digital only publisher Blackfriar's are holding an open submission the week of 1st to 7th December 2014. Both fiction and non-fiction are accepted, and normally only accept agented submissions. The imprint has seen recent success in the historical genre with Nicola Griffin's Hild.
Novels should be at least 70,000 words. Submissions are limited to one per author, never self-published or have appeared on publishing websites, forums and access platforms, never had an ISBN and authors must be unagented. Submission package must include one chapter, a synopsis and author biography.
