Query question on a previous positive rejection

So, you submit a sample to a publisher, get a "no but please consider us for your next book" and then, finally, the next book is ready. In sending it to the positive rejection publisher, is it a good idea to remind them in the query letter that they have asked to see your next book?

Before I got my first contract, I sent out over 120 query letters. I'd estimate about a third used those words in their rejection. Finally when I got that call, it was from one of the publishers who had stated that on my first novel as I submitted my second attempt.
