I've seen it be somewhat unobtrusive in small doses, but for me at least, it's just too jarring and automatically breaks the fourth wall. For my tastes, reading in second person is like watching a movie with "This is a movie" watermarked over the whole thing. I can let myself pretend a first or third person narrative is true for the time I'm reading it. But second person constantly reminds me that it's not.
