Is this the work of Anonymous? Or the James Franco Fan Brigade? Or did your Glorious Leader forget to switch the baud from 4800 to 9600 on his modem when downloading today's Ziggy?

The world can only wait and watch.

North Korean diplomat Kim Song, asked Monday about the Internet attack, told The Associated Press: "I have no information."

Apparently, it's working, whoever is doing this.

Brillig in the slithy toves...
I'd guess it's China. They supply NK's internet, and they're the ones who usually draw the short straw of backing up NK when it rattles its sabre. This seems like big dog telling little dog to get back in the dog house and stop barking before it gets itself eaten.

The new sanctions news comes just as other news articles are more strongly suggesting it was NOT North Korea:

But I suppose this is yet another example of "don't let a good crisis go to waste."

I had no clue that there were any sanctions left against North Korea that the USA didn't already have in place.
