What to do if passwords don't work

If you try to access Share Your Work forum but the vista password doesn't seem to work -- this may be a problem with cookies (which happens often enough to warrant this message).

The usual way to fix this is:

• Clear your browser's cookies
  • If using Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options > Delete button
  • If using Firefox, select Tools > Clear Recent History
• Close your browser, then restart it
• Sign back into AW with your usual username/password
• Go to Share Your Work and supply the vista password when prompted

If that doesn't work, please contact a moderator and we'll try to figure out what's wrong!
