My best guess would be Beta Readers, Mentors, and Writing Buddies.
That said, I think you might find someone on your wavelength more easily by spending time at the appropriate genre's SYW board, where you can see who writes what and how well, who's got insight into a manuscript's weaknesses, and contribute your own feedback and/or work for critique, so they'll know you've got the goods, too.
